BEEF PROCESSING

WE AGE OUR BEEF A MINIMUM OF 14 DAYS.

Our beef is aged for a minimum of 14 days, under controlled temperature and humidity, allowing for optimal flavor and tenderness. 

BEEF IS AVAILABLE IN 1/4, 1/2, AND WHOLE.

Please let us know the contact information for all customers if a split order.  Please see our Beef Cut Sheet for all your options.

PORK PROCESSING

PORK IS CUT ONCE AT PRIME TEMPERATURE.

Our pork is cut as soon as it reaches prime temperature.

pork is available in half or whole.
